Prank Packages Shipped to the Buyer

Prank packages that are shipped directly to the buyer are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Once your return is approved, additional instructions will be provided.

Prank Packages Shipped to Someone Else

Prank packages shipped to a recipient other than the buyer are not eligible for returns. These packages include a shipping label and are designed for one time use, which means they cannot be reused or resold once sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
